Class Descriptions

Strength X

This is our signature Core X class and a great starting point for any first-timer!

  • 55 minute, all-levels class

  • Focused on whole-body sculpting using traditional Pilates exercises with the Pilates Springboard and TRX Suspension system.

Expect a full-body Pilates workout that builds lean muscles and creates length through alignment-based Pilates — get excited to work your abs, arms, posture, legs, and booty all in one class, with just the right amount of intensity and fluid sequencing to keep you thriving and growing.

You will end class in our signature, restorative and centering, Anti-Gravity Rest Position.

Beat X

Upbeat and energetic, this full-body enhancing experience uses our Pilates Springboard and TRX Suspension system.

  • 55 minute, all-levels class

  • Focused on alternating cardio bursts with traditional Pilates exercises.

You will get a high-intensity workout, toned muscles, and core strength — this class will deliver on fun, strength, and cardio work that will leave you feeling energized, inspired, and ready to take on your day! 

You will end class in our signature, restorative and centering, Anti-Gravity Rest Position.

Stretch X

We utilize both TRX and Springboard to enhance your feel-good stretches and keep your core strong in this stretching-focused Pilates class.

  • It’s a 55 minute, all-levels class

  • Focused on Pilates-based deep stretching, range-of-motion, and core strength

Expect to alternate between full-body stretching, range-of-motion exercises, and core work sequences. We promise that you don’t have to be flexible — this class was designed to help you create more opening, so you can feel better in your body to enhance all of your activities in life.

You will end class in our signature, restorative and centering, Anti-Gravity Rest Position.

Pilates X

This is a Pilates Mat class that uses all of the classic Pilates props for a full-body experience. Think Extreme and Express Pilates at its best!

  • 45 minute, all levels class

  • Focused on getting in, getting stronger, and getting out

  • Mandatory to bring your own mat and towel for class

Expect to work up a sweat — this class is slightly heated, energizing, and fast-paced. It’s designed to get you sweaty and strong!

Yoga Strength X

This is a unique fusion of yoga flow sequences, Pilates techniques, and springboard work. This class will also include deep hip openers to balance out the strength work!

  • 60 minute, all levels class

  • Focused on enhancing strength, flexibility, and mobility

Expect to leave feeling balanced, energized, and Pilates-strong! It’s the perfect combination of Pilates strength and stabilizing, and yoga zen and balance.
