Strength X
Our signature class and a great starting point for any first-timer! A 55 minute, all-levels class, focused on whole-body sculpting using traditional Pilates exercises with the Pilates Springboard and TRX Suspension system. Expect a full-body Pilates workout that builds lean muscles and creates length through alignment-based Pilates. Get excited to work your abs, arms, posture, legs and booty all in one class with just the right amount of intensity and fluid sequencing to keep you thriving and growing! Be prepared to have a blast, work hard, see physical results and leave feeling stronger and more flexible in your body to accomplish anything!
Beat X
A 55 minute, all-levels class that is upbeat and energetic, it includes alternating short cardio bursts with traditional Pilates exercises for a full-body enhancing experience. Using our Pilates Springboard and TRX Suspension system, you will get a high-intensity full body workout, toned muscles and core strength all while smiling your way through with some good music and people! Expect to have fun, gain strength, and end with some deep stretches and our signature Core X Anti-Gravity Rest Position. You will feel energized and ready to take on your inspired day!
Stretch X
A 55 minute, all levels class focused on Pilates based deep stretching and core strength with range of motion and all of the delicious stretches. We utilize both TRX and Springboard to enhance your feel-good stretches and keep your core strong! Expect to alternate between full-body stretching and core work sequences. We promise that you don’t have to be flexible! Come to feel more open and better in your body to enhance all of your activities in life. We all need more flexibility & core strength in our life to thrive!
